Follow this guide to test pipe fit first and print your custom shower caddy with optimal slicer settings.
Test pipe diameter and clearance before printing full caddy
Do not print all parts immediately. First, print only the Test Plug / Bottom Cap half (bottom_cap_a.stl) to test the fit on your shower pipe. If it is too loose or tight, adjust Pipe Diameter or Pipe Clearance before printing the rest.
Preset for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer and Cura
Keep at least 10 mm clearance between split halves to avoid fusion
When placing split model halves (e.g. bottom_cap_a.stl and bottom_cap_b.stl, or left and right basket halves) on your build plate, ensure there is clear spacing between them. Placing them touching or too close together can cause plastic expansion during printing to fuse the two halves together.
